Our lobster is locally sourced from lobster boats along the coast of Maine where it is then steamed and hand-picked in house.

All food waste and organic materials at Butcher Burger are composted and donated locally.

Very small, hole in the wall burger joint but WOW was it good! I don’t typically like crinkle cut fries, but they were perfectly crisp (the sea salt ones at least) and paired perfectly with the sauce they come with. The burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. Definitely wouldn’t bring a group here because of how small it is (maybe 20 seats?), but will be back with the hubby again! They were quick with the food as well

The Big Bird and onion rings are delicious! We get them all the time. We ordered the Caesar this time and did not enjoy it. Dressing was off.

During our visit, we had the Bacon Bacon and Texas Burger, and both were beautifully crafted masterpieces. The burgers featured simple yet perfect seasonings, showcasing the quality of the beef and toppings. The addition of their house-made sauces elevated the flavors, making each bite truly delightful.The burgers were accompanied by freshly prepared crinkle-cut fries, which were crisp, flavorful, and paired wonderfully with their fry sauce. The buns were a standout—just the right size and texture to hold the burgers together without overpowering the ingredients.Every single bite was a joy. The freshness, attention to detail, and balance of flavors made this a fantastic dining experience. We’d happily return for another round of their incredible burgers and fries! Highly recommend.

Absolutely AMAZING experience! Me and my GF visited, and it was everything I could've asked for. The burgers were incredibly top notch, easily some of the best burgers I have ever had. Although the chicken wings were a bit overcooked and confidently DOUSED in sauce, which is subjective but important to mention for those who may share my sense of taste.The atmosphere as we walked in was so damn good! We immediately felt welcome and comfortable, with the nice darks and wooden detailing everywhere.The best part was the service. The waiter was kind and sweet, she was friendly and very personable. I had taken off a ring to eat, and when I forgot it she literally chased us down the street to give it back! Going above and beyond for your customers is the mark of excellent service!Overall, with some very minor criticism is Butcher Burger the prime destination for excellent burgers and service! My GF and I will be visiting any chance we get.

This is a tiny restaurant but the food is amazing. You can't go with a group of 4+ and expect to sit together, bar style seating only. We tried the hot buttered lobster roll, the falafel, and the bacon bacon burger. All was excellent but my son--who could win an award in a picky eaters contest--said the burger was the best he's ever eaten. High praise indeed

Fantastic burger! Well cooked and seasoned. Fresh toppings with a tangy burger sauce. Onion rings were crispy, not over salted, and a huge portion. Great friendly service. Time for a cold beer while waiting. A winner.
